Garbage Pail Kids – Foxy Francis Card# 133b

This Garbage Pail Kids Foxy Francis card features the glamorous, over‑the‑top character design with exaggerated features, a white wig, pearls, and a fur stole — classic GPK parody at its best. The bright yellow‑green background makes the artwork pop, giving collectors a fun and memorable addition to their Original Series–style sets or modern reissue runs.
